Training Your AI Voice Profile

A voice profile tells the AI how you communicate. It includes your preferred greetings, writing style (casual or formal), typical phrases you use, and your communication tone. The AI uses this to generate messages that sound like you.

Go to Settings in the extension, then Voice Profiles. Click Create Profile. Enter your preferred greetings (like hey, yo, hi), choose your writing style (lowercase, normal, mixed), and describe your typical communication approach.

MyFBleads works with OpenAI (GPT-4), Anthropic (Claude), and xAI (Grok). You bring your own API key from your preferred provider. Each provider offers different strengths in message generation.

You can create multiple voice profiles for different contexts. For example, one profile for casual outreach to leads and another for more formal follow-ups. Switch between profiles when generating messages.

Be specific about how you actually communicate. Include your common greetings, phrases you naturally use, and your typical message length. The more specific your profile, the more natural the AI output sounds.

The AI generates individual messages, not full conversations. You provide context about the lead and what you want to communicate, and the AI writes a message matching your voice. You review and send each message.

Better context equals better messages. When requesting a message, include relevant lead information like their interests, where you met them, or what they asked about. The AI uses this context to personalize the message.
