1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MyFBleads ("Service"), including our website, Chrome extension, and API, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MyFBleads ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). We may update these Terms at any time; material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Description of Service
MyFBleads is a customer relationship management (CRM) tool designed to help users manage leads from Facebook and Messenger. Our Service includes:
- A Chrome browser extension for capturing and managing leads
- Pipeline and tag management features
- AI-powered message generation
- Integration with third-party services (HighLevel, Zapier, etc.)
- Cloud backup and sync capabilities
- Analytics and reporting features
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
3. Account Terms
3.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use our Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3.2 Account Registration
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3.3 Account Security
You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
3.4 One Account Per Person
Each user may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to abuse trials, promotions, or circumvent restrictions is prohibited and may result in termination.
4. Subscription and Payment
4.1 Pricing and Plans
We offer various subscription plans as described on our website. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Changes will not affect active subscription periods.
4.2 Trial Period
We may offer trial periods at our discretion. Trial terms will be clearly communicated at signup. A $1 trial activation fee may apply. You may cancel during the trial period to avoid full subscription charges.
4.3 Billing
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or as specified)
- Payment is processed through Stripe; we do not store your credit card information
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
- You are responsible for any applicable taxes
4.4 Refunds
- Monthly subscriptions: No refunds for partial months. Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period.
- Lifetime deals: Refund requests accepted within 14 days of purchase if you haven't substantially used the Service.
- Trial fees: The $1 trial activation fee is non-refundable.

4.5 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Acceptable Use
5.1 You Agree NOT To:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Violate Facebook's, Meta's, or Messenger's Terms of Service
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in harassment
- Collect data from users without their consent
- Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Use automated scripts to access the Service (except our official API)
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without authorization
- Use the Service to compete with us or to build a similar product
- Circumvent any rate limits, usage limits, or access controls
5.2 Facebook Compliance
Important: You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of MyFBleads complies with Facebook's Terms of Service and Community Standards. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta or Facebook. Violation of Facebook's terms may result in action by Facebook against your account, independent of any action we may take.
5.3 Consequences of Violation
Violation of these terms may result in:
- Warning and request to cease the prohibited activity
- Temporary or permanent suspension of your account
- Termination without refund
- Legal action if warranted
6. Your Data and Content
6.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of all data and content you input into the Service ("Your Content"). We do not claim ownership of your lead data, notes, or other content you create.
6.2 License to Us
You grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit Your Content solely to provide the Service. This license terminates when you delete Your Content or close your account.
6.3 Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of Your Content
- You must have the right to collect and use any personal data you store in our Service
- You are responsible for complying with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) in your use of the Service
- You must maintain your own backups of critical data
6.4 Data Portability
You may export Your Content at any time using our export features. We will provide reasonable assistance for data portability requests.
7. AI Features
7.1 AI-Generated Content
- AI features are provided as tools to assist you; you are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before use
- AI-generated messages may not always be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your purposes
- You must not represent AI-generated content as human-written in contexts where disclosure is legally required
7.2 Third-Party AI Providers
Our AI features may use third-party providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, xAI). Your use of these features is also subject to those providers' terms and policies.
7.3 No Warranty on AI Output
We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. Use at your own risk and discretion.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for:
- The availability, accuracy, or quality of third-party services
- Any loss or damage arising from your use of third-party services
- The security or privacy practices of third-party services
- Any fees charged by third-party services
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 Our Rights
The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and other content (excluding Your Content), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
9.2 Feedback
If you provide suggestions, feature requests, or other feedback, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate such feedback into the Service without compensation or attribution.
9.3 Trademarks
"MyFBleads," "MyFBleads," and associated logos are our trademarks. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will meet your specific requirements
- The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- The results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable
- Any errors will be corrected
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total cumulative liability for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MyFBleads, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights, including privacy rights
- Your Content or data you input into the Service
- Your violation of applicable laws or regulations
13. Termination
13.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and deleting your account through the settings or by contacting support.
13.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if:
- You violate these Terms
- You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
- Your payment method fails and is not resolved
- We are required to do so by law
- We discontinue the Service
13.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your access to the Service will cease immediately
- We may delete Your Content according to our data retention policy
- Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive will survive (including Sections 6, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 14)
- You remain liable for any amounts owed
14. Dispute Resolution
14.1 Informal Resolution
Before filing any legal claim, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve disputes within 60 days.
14.2 Arbitration
If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
14.3 Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative actions.
14.4 Exceptions
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement or other urgent matters.
14.5 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15. General Provisions
15.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MyFBleads regarding the Service.
15.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
15.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
15.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.
15.5 Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, or internet service failures.
