How many tags should a lead have?
Use as many as needed to accurately categorize the lead, but avoid tag bloat. Typically 2-5 tags per lead works well. Too many tags become noise; too few lose valuable information.
Can I filter leads by tag?
Yes. In the dashboard, filter by any tag to see only matching leads. Combine filters with pipeline stages for precise segments like all Hot leads in the Proposal Sent stage.
How do tags work with automation?
Automation rules can trigger when tags are added or removed. For example: when Hot tag is added, send a notification. Tags can also be actions in automations: when stage changes, add a tag.
