Yes, with team features on Pro and Lifetime plans. You can invite team members to share lead data. Each person sees the same leads, pipelines, and updates in real-time. Pro includes up to 3 team members; Lifetime includes up to 10.
How do I add a team member to my account?
Go to Settings and find Team or Device Linking. Generate a link code and share it with your team member. They install MyFBleads, enter the code, and their device syncs with your account. Both of you now see the same lead data.
Can team members have different permissions?
Currently, linked team members have full access to shared lead data. For businesses needing role-based permissions (view-only, edit-only, etc.), contact us about enterprise options. Most small teams find full sharing works well.
How do I share leads with my virtual assistant?
Link your VA device to your account using the team linking feature. They can then capture leads on your behalf, update pipeline stages, add notes, and manage follow-ups. You both see changes in real-time. Set clear processes for who handles which leads to avoid confusion.
Does data sync in real-time across team members?
Yes, with cloud sync enabled. When one team member captures a lead or updates a stage, others see the change within seconds. This prevents duplicate outreach and keeps everyone on the same page.
Can I assign leads to specific team members?
You can use tags to indicate lead ownership (e.g., "Assigned: Sarah") and filter by those tags. Each team member can view their assigned leads specifically. Pipeline stages can also indicate handoffs between team members.
How do I prevent duplicate lead capture?
MyFBleads automatically detects if a lead is already in your CRM when you try to capture them. If someone on your team already captured the lead, you will see their existing record instead of creating a duplicate. This works across all linked devices.

Yes. Voice profiles are personal settings, so each team member can create their own profile that matches their communication style. When generating AI messages, the system uses the voice profile of whoever is logged in.

How do I remove a team member?
Go to Settings and find Team or Linked Devices. You will see all connected devices. Click to unlink any device. Once unlinked, that device no longer syncs with your account. The person loses access to shared lead data immediately.
